What a booking comes to

Every booking shows its own breakdown, with the arithmetic written out — “31 people × 2 nights × £5.50” — so when a total looks wrong you can see which number caused it rather than guessing.

If a group sleeps partly indoors, put the number in tents in of whom, camping. A school bringing 55 with 24 in the bunkhouse charges 31 people camping plus the bunkhouse. Leave it blank and everybody is counted as camping, which is the usual case.

Nothing here sends an invoice or takes a payment yet. That comes next.
