Every field and building holds one group at a time, and the system won't let you break that — not by accident, not in a hurry, not at half past nine on a Friday night.
One row per field, one column per night
Read straight across to see whether the top meadow is free that weekend. A stay that runs over a Sunday stays in one piece instead of being chopped in half.
Provisional means provisional
An enquiry is recorded but holds nothing, so two groups can ask about the same weekend. A provisional hold blocks the dates exactly as firmly as a confirmed booking, because that is what it means.
One group leaves, the next arrives
Departure day is free for someone else to arrive on. The calendar works the way a campsite works, not the way a hotel spreadsheet does.
