Who’s away, and the rota
Record time off against a person and it shows on the rota and flags any session they’re on. Dates are inclusive at both ends — away from the 12th to the 19th means the 19th as well, so they’re back on the 20th. (Bookings work the other way round, because a group leaving on the 13th frees the field on the 13th.)
