Lending kit out

Kit goes out against a booking — the group who hired the marquee — or to a name, for the District borrowing the trailer. Say how many and when it’s due back, and the Kit page lists what is still out and what is late.

A loan comes back whole. Twenty chairs out and fifteen back is two loans, not a part-return, because one line can’t honestly say when the other five came home.

Nothing chases anybody. Kit goes out to people you know, and the answer to a late trailer is a phone call. This is a list to act on, not a machine that emails in your name.
