Confirmation emails
Accepting an enquiry now emails the group to say their dates are held, with the booking number, the dates, which fields or buildings they have, and what is still to pay. Bookings you take by hand have a Send confirmation button instead.
It goes out in your campsite’s name, and replies come back to you rather than to us — a group booking a field has no reason to think about the software you happen to use.
On the Prices page, Replies to your email sets where those replies land. Leave it empty and they go to the public contact address from your availability page; set it if you would rather people who have already booked wrote somewhere else. If neither is set the panel says so — a reply would go nowhere anybody reads, and that is worth knowing before you send a hundred confirmations.
Whatever is sent is listed on the booking, with whether it arrived. That matters most when it didn’t: a bounced confirmation means the group never got it and does not know, and you are the only person who can notice. If a booking has no agreed total, the email says nothing about money at all rather than implying a figure.
