When a trial ends

Nothing is deleted, and nothing stops being readable. The calendar, your customers, your prices, your compliance records and the audit pack all stay exactly as they are — being able to show an inspector a gas certificate date is not something to lose over a subscription.

What stops is saving new things: taking a booking, recording a payment, adding a compliance check. Picking your band and setting up the Direct Debit always work, because being unable to pay would be a strange way to be asked for money.
