Terms, jobs and welcoming a group
Who a building is for
On a building — not a field — you can say it is only on offer to certain kinds of group. Tick Only certain kinds of group when you add or edit it, and pick which.
It shows on your public page beside the building, and the enquiry form turns anybody else away by name. Saying it beforehand matters more than refusing well: a school that reads “Local Scout or Guide group only” never ticks the box and never gets a turned-down enquiry.
Inside, it only warns. The booking screen tells you when the customer’s kind doesn’t match and then lets you take it anyway — same as every other rule here, because you are allowed to make an exception and a stranger isn’t.
And it stops the prices badge nagging. Until now a campsite that never let schools have the Bunkhouse had no way to say so, so the Bunkhouse had no school rate, so the badge counted it as a missing price for ever. It could not tell “we haven’t got round to it” from “not on offer”. Now it can, and a rate that will never exist isn’t counted.
Ticking every kind is the same as ticking none — it restricts nothing, so it is stored as no rule rather than displayed as one.
